Balipay is an electronic money service based on a mobile application issued by PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali (Bank BPD Bali) that can be used anywhere and anytime. It's time to enjoy the convenience of transacting with Balipay across the entire non-cash transaction ecosystem throughout Indonesia, accepted both online or through QRIS payment channels. Simply register with your mobile phone number, making transactions on Balipay easier, faster, and more flexible.

Balipay features include:

1. Balipay Basic Standard - users only need to register with their mobile phone number with standard balance and features.
2. Balipay Premium - users require complete registration after signing up as Basic Standard users with full-service balance and features.
3. Balipay QRIS - Balipay users can transact at all merchants who accept transactions via QRIS channels, both online and offline.
4. Payments for Tourist Place Reservations, Local Taxes & Fees, Tourist Contributions, Electricity Bills (PLN), Household Water (PDAM), Telephone (Telkom) and Mobile Phones, E-Commerce, Educational Institutions, and other bills.
5. Digital purchases such as Cellular Phone Credit, Internet Package Credit, Electricity Credit (PLN Token), vouchers, and more.
6. Transfer to Balipay accounts and All Bank Accounts can be done through BaliPay Premium for transfers to other Balipay users or to bank accounts in Indonesia.
7. Top Up or Recharge Balances can be done with the Create Top-Up Code feature that can be paid through ATMs, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and Bank BPD Bali Tellers.
8. Virtual Account Up can be paid through ATMs, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Bank BPD Bali Tellers, as well as transfers from other banks by selecting transfers to Bank BPD Bali/Bank Code 129 + Prefix Code 99888 + Mobile Phone Number.
